    We’ll send you a secure invite by email or text once your case is opened. 

  2. Create your login
    Click "Create Account" in your email. This will take you to a page to set a password.

  3. Use web or mobile
    Once you've created an account, use web or mobile to Sign in at your browser using this link

What you’ll see inside

  1. Your Case & Tasks

    Track where your case is in the process, see who’s working on it, and get notified when something needs your attention — like reviewing, e-signing, or acknowledging documents.

  2. Documents

    Easily upload, e-sign, and download everything you send or receive — all securely stored in one place.

  3. Messages & Chat

    Your chat is the single source of truth. Ask questions, share updates, upload files, or coordinate calls with your Hiatt Law Group team in real time.

  4. Workflows

    You’ll have one Intake Workflow and multiple Settlement Workflows (often 10–15). Each shows the status of every trust claim and what step comes next.

  5. Payments

    View payment timing and confirmation details as they’re added directly into your workflows.

For families & caregivers

If you’d like a trusted family member or caregiver to view updates or help manage documents, we can add them as an authorized contact on your case.

Payments & Disbursements

  1. We’ll note when a trust approves a claim and when a payment is processing, mailed, or received.

  2. Trusts often pay in installments over time; amounts and timing vary by trust.

  3. Many cases involve multiple trusts—we track each one separately and message you about next steps.
